....can't get through on 202, messenger; no oen replies and live chat is a waste of time with zero support.
How do we communicate with O2? I've had enough and wish to leave too!

Bare in mind the live chat like a lot of companies now isnt live chat but a demand repsonsive chat, best time to call as well is 8am on 202

Yes, have tried all....the live chat is a waste of time as they only want you to call and don't actually offer any support

Hi, can't be bohered with why I've got to this point, but I'm leaving. So to cut to the chase, I renewed a tariff a few days ago on a 12month plan, and have just requested a PAC. It shows an estimated final bill, but has confirmed I'm in my 'change my mind period' on the sim plan, so could someone clarify if that nulls the final bill charge (other than 'what I've used'?

Thanks, I've put my PAC over to my new network...O2 state a charge of £90.50, but says I'm in 'change my mind period' - I would like to let them know, although I can't wait on a phone for 50plus minutes hold. Are there any service managers active on here?

Have Virgin actually instigated the port? They are known to say they will handle it and don't
