I was recently in the US and was charged a lot for my data usage. I initially thought it was more than my usage warranted so called my father, the bill-payer, who said he would contact O2.
After re-examining the figures I realise I have not been overcharged, but on livechat with my father, O2 have promised to send the case off to their network team who will investigate the specific data charges and email him with their findings.
Will the team, and in turn my father, see the websites I have been browsing? I would rather they didn't as I value my privacy too much. If so, can I cancel the request?
Thanks

Hi,
To stop any investigation I believe the account holder must contact o2 on 202 again.
