Request to change tariff

I visited my local O2 shop this afternoon to change tariff on my pay and go, I was told that I needed to top up (which I did) and wait for my confirmation text. About an hour later I received my confirmation text saying that my request had been received and that my £10 big bundle would start on 8th Sep!!!!! I was led to believe that my new tariff would begin as soon as possible, it was not explained that it would take so long for me to be able to use my new tariff! What can be done about this?!?!

Hi

Either speak to live chat or Cs on 4445 and they'll start it for you straightaway.

You'll lose any remaining allowances on your current tariff.

Yes you need to call cs to get it activated immediately wink
