I have a new phone and need to change to a nano sim. Can I get this replaced online, or will I have to phone up to request one.

Yes you must call up to get a replacement sim but you can only call for prority matters, I have tried to call for three weeks now best thing you can do is find another provider as this lot are no help whatsoever and you will end up like me with a phone you cant use
