I recently upgraded my contract from a 24 month contract on the S9 to a 36 month contract on the S20. The new phone arrived but came with a new sim card. I inserted the new sim in to the S20 but it comes up with an error saying "Sim 1 not provisioned"
Am I supposed to be using the new sim at all? Or should I still be using the old sim from the S9? I'm pretty dense when it comes to this kind of thing and am worried that I would be charged twice for using the old sim?

Use the old sim card until things are back to normal unless you are in a 5G area
