It's been two days since I have asked O2 to remove Barr but still not been removed

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.

Depending on the bar it can be done the same day

Probably in a work queue for Monday

unless it's an IMEI bar which takes up to a week

@David3108 - some bars can be removed via MyO2 if you are on the new 360 billing system, worth trying while you wait?
