A refund of what? If it's a deposit, then it will be applied on your 4th bill. Caall O2 on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

It was an overpayment

Anything up to a month is normal for O2 to refund you.

Quick to take but it takes an eternity and numerous calls for them to release money to those owed.
