I ordered a mobile broadband device online, the coverage checker in my area said there would be patchy 3G coverage so i tried it out. However i cannot get any signal anywhere, my laptop can harly even load a webpage when connected to the mobile vroadband device.

I recieved the device on saturday and in line with the 14 day returns policy, i would like a refund. However the only advice on the O2 website is to call up, and they are not accepting calls due to the coronavirus. How do i go about getting a refund?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
