I recently bought a phone with o2 online, I want to return it but when I have phoned they are only accepting calls regarding fraud. and i cant find the returns labels online. What do I do someone please help

We have been given to understand that O2 are not accepting returns at the moment. That department has been closed temporarily. You'll have to speak to customer service. Best time to try to get through is 8 am.
