Reducing tarriff

Hello!

I am around 12 months into a 24 month contract and after doing some research online, It looks as though after 9 months you can reduce your tarriff by £5 per month. Can someone confirm this please? Struggling with my first home with a baby on the way and the threat of redundancy! Thanks ...

Unfortunately you cannot lower the tariff on contracts taken out after March 2012. Your only option would be to remove any bolt ons or insurance that you have.

As jonsie says unfortunately O2 won't permit what your thinking of wanting to do.

If things are a little tight then perhaps look at your other household outgoings to see if one of them can be reduced.

Hope all goes well on the job front for you.
