You can't reduce your call allowances to save money I'm afraid.

The only flexible part is the data allowance.

@Cookfnargh This is a direct quote from the link I posted: "Available on selected phones, flexible tariffs let you change your airtime tariff up or down to a selection of tariffs, once a month, throughout the length of your contract."

I suggest you take a good look at the link above and then speak to customer service. Hopefully they'll be able to clear up any questions you may have.
