I’ve changed my payment method with Spotify to a direct debit and taken off payment by phone bill but I seem to have been charged through my phone bill too
Evening I’ve now paid £19.98 for Spotify this month

You probably didn't give enough notice for the system to change to direct debit.

You need to contact Spotify for a refund, or ask them to keep as credit for next month

Cancel Spotify phone payment. If you need help with that, then get in touch with O2.
