If you are using an iPhone change your data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"

To get data to work if iData is not enabled.

Hi, i don't know where to write so I’m writing here 

I have a problem since yesterday, I can't call all the time, telling me that I have an unpaid bill and that its amount is £ 0, which is not true, what should I do because nobody writes back to the support
