I took out a contract 2 weeks ago I returned the phone last week and today the phone plan was removed. I was on a 12 mo th sim only deal for £14 a month and had 6 months left on it.

Now the thing is when I got my pac code it says I've 0 to pay

So does this mean I can actually port out or will o2 charge me £14,x6 months?

What you where on before makes no difference, as your new Refresh Plan takes priority, and then what you agreed to for the the sim only deal, as that is what takes precedence on what you will pay to cancel going forward.. and if it was over 14 days since the changes.

best thing to do is contact o2, if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone

Airtime is cancelled for free once the device plan is cleared.
