I left 02 about a month ago ( horrible decision thanks to media consumer Martin Lewis! ) and am trying to get into the app.
I can get in but it shows this message from the app above. I signed up on the Sunday and it;s now Wednesday afternoon. The app is great for putting limits on expenditure outside of the plan & I wish to do this.
I have my contract downloaded but have heard nothing from 02 as regards getting a SIM from them which I assume i need to come back and have a PAC code from Talk Talk,adding also nothing as regards future direct debits payments from my back account from 02.
The 202 number does not work and I ask should I wait a few days more. ?

Your best thing to do if you havent got an o2 sim yet, is call the sales team on 0800 081 0255, and bear in mind with Royal Mail, it can take upto 7 working days to get to you.

My advice never listen to Martin Lewis, a lot of the time he causes more issues than he solves..
