Problem with texting abroad

Hi there!

I am in Greece and my text messages to UK numbers are not being sent. I have topped up my phone 2 hours ago, and also used the +44 code.

Currently, I'm on Pay and Go Go, with 5000 texts, 150 minutes and 500MB, 10 pounds. 

Could you please help me with this problem?

Hi.

The allowances in your tariff are for uk use only.

You may need to contact O2 to check your account.

you need credit on the phone as sms are charged for when out of the uk in greece at 8p a sms so if your topup was for the pay as you go go monthly fee you have no credit. see here for full rates that affect you in greece http://www.o2.co.uk/international/o2-travel/pay-and-go
