My phone is the same asked me to update twice and still can not open my apps!!

My husband has now had an app that he deleted approx. 8 months ago appear on his phone and is able to open it but still can't open any current apps - bizarre!

Same problem here. Apps won't open, including internet browser, and unable to talk to anyone as they cut you off!!!!! Sort it out O2!!!!! 🤬
