Problem receiving verification texts after porting

Hi,

 

I've just ported my number from Lycamobile yesterday, my calls are working but I can't recive any verification sms. I would be grateful for any help! Thanks

The port process can take a day to complete, not counting weekends, and there have been some issues with one of the number registry services recently.

Perhaps a Forum O2 Advisor can help if your port has got stuck - keep en eye on your Private Messages here after 8am, @magdaksiazek as I tag in @O2Georgina to see if she can help you get your OTPs back. Good luck.

Poor time to try and port @magdaksiazek. Nothing will happen over the weekend. From experience I would say, normally Tuesday is the day it should happen. However there have been delays with the porting process for a few weeks now as @pgn  has said.

Hopefully @O2Georgina will be able to help
