I recently moved from EE to O2 around 10 days ago. When I moved, I submitted request to port my number. After a week, I got the message on Monday that O2 is porting my number and it takes 24 hours. Until Thursday my number is not yet ported, I called O2 and the customer service raised another request and said I should be able to port the number within 24 hours. And until now, more than 30 hours since the last call, I still have the weird new number!!!! I need my old number back!!! What is wrong......
