Can someone please help me with how I gain access to Pow Wow conference calling?  Whenever I dial the number (0844 4737373) there are beeps then I am disconnected.  I have contacted O2 twice about this and been assured that I have been given access to Premium rate numbers, but nothing has changed.

0844 is not a premium number is a national geographical number and is chargeable.

Sounds like you may have a low spend cap or £0 spend cap which you will need to get o2 to adjust.
