Last month I was billed 8p for premium rate I neither subscribed to nor used please stop the number 83838 and ask them for a refund please

Must admit to finding the MBNA number when I Googled it this morning.......However underneath that answer someone was asking if it was the text number to claim your goody bag from giffgaff...

Saw that myself but I agree, conflicting info on Google.
