I pre-ordered the S23 Plus 512GB but noticed I had to give a upfront deposit of £225 which I did.

 

I had an email with 'Thanks for your pre-order - it'll be full steam ahead for us as soon as
it comes in.'

 

Does this mean everything is done now and I just have to wait for the phone to turn up?

That would be something you would need to ask sales

You can call them on 0800 081 0255

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
