Hi, I have 4 new o2 contracts for my family and I want to keep the old numbers, I got a PAC Code from Sky Mobile and they have given me one PAC Code for all 4 numbers.  I need to call or use the online service to request the number transfers to o2 but before I do I was looking into this.

I found a lot of contradicting information online.

Can anyone tell me whether this will be possible to do on o2 with one PAC code and 4 numbers ?

If not whats the best option ?

@runuali Never heard of being able to use one PAC for four numbers.

Best to contact O2 via social media and let them clarify it for you:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Yes you can do a port with the 4 numbers with 1 PAC Code, it is usually a business thing though, we have just done 50 on one PAC code.

You will need to ring o2 and do this. as the online form will reject it.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

I called o2 this morning the first person I spoke said this was fine but I had an error when doing the request, I then realised I gave the wrong number in the PAC Code ! So I called back after, spoke to another person who said it may not possible to use one PAC code for multiple numbers even after confirming it with her Manager.  She even did one of the numbers then told me this.  She then proceeded to the next 2 numbers as these are in my account name.

She could then see the texts sent to each of the o2 numbers saying my port in date is set to 13th.  So it does work and she has learnt something and will be telling her Manager.  I just have one more sim to do but I have to wait for my wife to call and pass security as its in her name,  this was because o2 prevented me from a 4th sim failing me on credit check.

Thanks for all you replies, I wish o2 would stop giving wrong information !
