Porting a number from o2

My husband ported his number to o2 from BT. Received phone yesterday but he is still on a temporary number and his old phone still on BT?

Normally only on weekdays will a number port when was it submitted

Keep rebooting your phone and you should have service either Monday or Tuesday. If not, pop back here  and once of our account advisors will gtake a look for you.
