Porting Number Issues

Dear Sir or Madam,

 

I am really really *bleep* that after almost a working week I can still not using my number on O2 properly.

 

The problem is I cannot receive phone calls from other networks. Phone calls from other network will all go to my previous 3 voice mail box. However O2 users have no problem calling me.

 

I cannot receive SMS.

 

However, I can make phone calls to all networks and send SMS.

 

Please help me with this problem as soon as possible as it's been so long. After a store visit and numours vain promises though 202 services, I am really desperate to get the solved. Many thanks in advance!
