Hi, I moved across from Vodafone to O2 last week on Thursday and since then I’ve been unable to receive any messages or calls from non o2 numbers. Everytime someone calls me from another network or says invalid number. I’ve called customer services pretty much everyday but get told to wait between 4 and 24hrs and they will call be back or it will be fixed..however no one calls back and it’s still not fixed. Going completely round in circles.
I’ve tried a sim swap, resetting network settings, checking the number on my iphone but nothing is working.
Can anyone help or escalate this for me?
