First look here. http://status.o2.co.uk

Clean your SIM card sometimes helps.

If your status says all ok then try your sim in another phone to rule out your primary phone at fault.

If still no signal then you could visit an O2 shop and ask them to swap your sim which they will do in store or ask for one to be posted to you and do the swap online.

Also download the MYNETWORK app and report the mast.

If the mast is at fault then I'm afraid it's a case of checking it periodically and turning your phone off and in to reset the connection.

We can only guess without more info Thinking

Have you tried your sim in another phone to rule out a phone fault ?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
