Why does 02 not inform customers clearly that they will be charged for texts over 160 characters long? 02 does not state this in 'My tariff' or ''My allowances'.
Tonight I chated with staff Garry and 'supervisor' Kristopher (who decided to cut me off). How rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have printed out my conversation with the staff as proof of what was said. 02 fails to inform customers clearly about charges. 02 please look into my conversation with Garry and Kristopher if you have a copy.
Why does 02 not inform customers that written texts over 160 characters will be charged?
Why does 02 state ''unlimited text' when 02 should state 'unlimited texts under 160 characters'. To inform customers clearly that texts must be under 160 characters long. 02 you are failing to make charges clear to customers. How many other customers do not know that texts must be no more than 160 characters or charges will be made?
Again I ask where does 02 highlight these charges?

I suspect you are sending these as MMS which are not included in your tariff so you get charged for them, more on this here:

This is a customer to customer forum, any issues you have you will have to contact O2 Customer Service
I have unlimited texts and my texts are normally more than 160 characters long and I don't get charged
check your phone settings and turn MMS off if you have that option, that might be the reason you are being charged
be happy!

I send plenty of texts over 160 characters & never get charged for them out of my unlimited text allowance as my Android phone DOESN'T convert it to an MMS message.
I wonder if Nochat has an I Phone

If your inserting emoticons then they will go as MMS.
A MMS bolt on can be purchased which buys you 50 MMS.
