Poor 4G speeds

Hi,

I have just upgraded my device (got a new sim) and did a sim swap online which worked.

Issue I have is I have the 4g symbol on my phone but the speed is slow below 4mb download and 5-6 upload when using a speeed test app.

when i switched to o2 3g using the network operator seach the speed sget upto 17mb donwload..... upload 1-2mb

Would this be an issue with my device or does something need doing to my account/sim...?

No issues with device. It’s normal speeds for o2 in an area of congestion.
3G is often faster because less people are using that band now.
