Hi all,
Does anyone have any clarity on what the following means;
"If you got O2 Switch Up as part of a Plus Plan tariff before 3 August 2023 and have stayed on a Plus Plan since then, you can continue to swap your phone whenever you like."
Is it that if I've used o2 switch up plus plan after the 3rd August but have continued with a plus plan I can continue to swap phones whenever I like or does the new Plus Plan tariff (continued plus plan customer) mean I can only swap after 90 days?
Thanks
J

Ignore what ever the numpties in Cape Town tell you, they get a hell of lot of queries wrong, so much so I complained direct to the COO and CEO of VMo2, and got a reply from the Exec Relations Team..
You shouldnt have to give up, the stores are wrong, and the T&C;s are quite clear and if you where on the new terms, then it would say in your contract documents.... like what my wife's says compared to mine., her contract calls out the 90 days , mine doesn't...
If the shop says no again, show them the contract details you got, and which show no time limit...
Switch Up, at this point, is a complete mess and someone at o2 needs to fix it toot sweet

Perhaps @Dave-O2 can raise this with the store @jimigills if you let us know which one(s) you are having problems with?
