Can somebody explain why I am receiving three bills per month instead of one?

I'm afraid we are just customers here so can't access accounts. 

What does it say they are for? You can check on My O2

You need to call O2 or

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

The bills are for three phone numbers, only one of which I use.
