Hi, I’m wondering if someone can help me please? I cancelled an account with o2 well within 14 days and was informed I owed absolutely nothing. I made sure I asked and have noted down the date of the conversation. I’ve now received 2 letters threatening me and stating that I owe £18.09p! Im really shocked and don’t know what to do! I never used the sim, didn’t even take it out the cardboard thingy. I cancelled well within the 14 days, so I’m really baffled!

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

(or the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217 )

Hi, thanks for replying. I tried to call them today but the staff member said I failed security so there was nothing more they could do. I think I have to go into an o2 shop now as I’m really at a loss.
