I've been approached by Plan.com asking if I want to change my tariff and offering me a cheaper deal. Is this how O2 operates these days, have they outsourced billing and tariffs to Plan.com - I am a bit nervous about giving them my bank details.

I am really fed up with these little s***ts from plan.com ringing me.
O2 you are not doing your reputation as a business any good by associating with them.
Why was my number passed to them in the first place. If only Ofcom actually had some teeth.
