You need to call customer service on 202

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

Alternative numbers from a landline or other phone can be found here Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Do not be tempted to use live chat.

You can also go in any O2 store and use their phone to call customer service.

@Chloe29 You can call customer service from any phone on 0800 032 1402. If you've been disconnected you may have to pay a reconnection charge. You are still responsible for paying your monthly charge in any case. Failure to pay will result in a negative mark on your credit rating. You need to speak to customer service asap.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
