Last week Tuesday i sent my phone for a repair and I still haven't received my phone yet. I was told I'd get it back within 3 to 5 days, however not only have I not had my phone back but I also haven't received any emails to update me since dpd collected my phone. I tried to call them but i wasnt able to get through as they were only accepting calls if your phone was lost or stolen. I also tried tweeting them but they haven't responded, i also tried live chat but they told me to call them. Any ideas on what I can do to find out whats the status of my repair?
