Re: Phone not delivered TWICE!!

My new phone was not delivered. Twice now. They say the order was complete. I called O2 from America and they said they would resend the phone today. A woman called Alice was supposed to call yesterday but didn't. She said they would send the phone today, and it has not arrived. Not a happy customer. I have been a happy customer for over 10 years, but am very frustrated with O2 now. What's up? Seems the delivery person has 2 new phones now!

Are you trying to get phone delivered to America?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
