I’m at my wits end. My new phone sent out my O2 was lost in the post, this has been confirmed by the courier. O2 customer services are being steadfastly useless and seeming unable to either send me out a new handset or give me a refund. Over a month has passed since the original order was sent out and I’m no closer to getting a new one. Every time I even manage to get through to an CS operators it takes so long for them to understand the situation that another day passes and I’m back at square one. I have tried Twitter, phone calls, the official O2 complaints email and online chat function and no-one is able to help. I refuse to believe it’s so difficult to give a refund or send out a new handset. I feel so powerless that there’s no way of getting through to this company and they really don’t care at all. At the earliest opportunity I’m looking to leave this awful network after nearly 20 years of being a customer.
