Phone data and calls/texts not working

Is anyone having issues? I have no connection when not connected to WiFi. I also cannot make calls or send and receiving texts. I cannot ring the 02 help junker as I cannot make calls. And the chat help robot facility is a waste of time.

I want to be able to request a call back.
