I would imagine there is a need to pay the outstanding amount, but you need to speak to the Payment Management team @Lucia97

To do this, call them on 0800 902 0217. As it is an 0800 number you can call them using Skype.

Guide: A Guide to Skype

Alternatively contact them on social media:

Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

@Lucia97 You need to follow the advice given to you by @gmarkj as soon as possible. O2 are ruthless when it comes to non-payments. If you do not make arrangements with O2 Payment Management it will have a severe impact on your credit file, if it hasn't happened already.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
