From abroad you need to call +44 3448090202
It's free from an O2 phone if you can borrow one of someone else with you ?

O2 won't call you from here as it is a customer forum but I will tag @Toby who may be able to assist in putting you in touch with someone.

If they have no access to any type of phone it may be the only option. Not the best but the op is up a creek without a paddle.. I think we are all aware of their limitations...however it is classed as a 'contact us' option...particularly for folk struggling for any other means of contact

Good luck with live chat though they did sort out my issue a couple of days ago. If you are contract and have TU then it's far better to call....

Will Tu still work if phone has been cut off then?
