I just changed my iphone 5 to an iphone se. Inserted new sim. no 4G. Can't tell if my tariff gives me 4G or how to make sure it does...live chat is not available, ever. Any idea if i automatically should have 4G?

Is 4G enabled on your phone settings....and are you in a 4G area.....?

All tariffs are now 4G but as said, it's more than likely the data bolt on or 4G hasn't been enabled.
