Hi, I received a phone call about an upgrade, please can I check the number?

O2 usually don't contact you about upgrades - although so-called Trusted Partners have been known to break that rule, alas.

If you want to upgrade, login to your MyO2 and take it from there, @Geraldine11, is my advice.
