Hi I made a call today to your help line as I am not able to pay my bill cause I have been sanctioned I have let them know and a hold was out on my account till the 27th when I would be able to pay, but my services have just been switched off and I was told that I’d be able to use all services until I pay my bill

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

(or the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217 )
