Please can I have the restrictions on my phone taken off please, I need my phone for work. I will like to set up a promise to pay for 16th August ?

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302 (free from any phone)
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

@Rreynolds By all means call Payment Management but if you're already in arrears and your service is restricted, and you can't pay again for almost another two weeks it's highly unlikely that O2 will remove those restrictions. You need to set up a Direct Debit to avoid this happening again.
