@stonex750 O2 will setup a payment plan for you to clear the bill but your account will be restricted until the full amount is paid. 

This may include a full disconnection or just a block on outgoing calls to prevent any further charges being added .

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
