Spoke to o2 yesterday about the shoddy coverage in Glasgow for my phone. Says it has 4G but is painfully slow. Went through the usual process of resetting things and turning this on and off only to be told that a new SIM card would sort this out. Now today there is no signal whatsoever. According to their coverage it says there is a problem with the phone mast yet other colleagues with o2 in the building and area are having no issue...

Ordering a new sim card would result in the immediate disconnection of your current sim card
There is nothing you can do until you receive your new sim now
