I’ve took out a contract with O2. I’ve ordered my phone to the store, it said it would be ready to collect on Tuesday, however they’ve yet to contact me. I’ve been in to store yesterday (Wednesday 7th) and it wasn’t ready. Can you please update me to where phone is?
