6 times I've asked customer service agent to register a complaint and completely ignored my request again and again, incorrect address stored and information regarding my O2 account and personal information sent out to incorrect address, has anyone else had this issue. Just wrote a long complaint to complaints department regarding information and data breach. Completely unacceptable and now the 3rd day and they still have not updated the correct information.

That doesnt classify as a data breach under the ICO and Data Protection legistation it would could under human error or a processing failure..
Complaints can and do take upto 8 weeks to get a reply from them, and now no one in customer services will be able to asist you with the matter above.
You can change your address in myo2 yourself you dont need customer services to do it for you..

The idiotic thing about all of this, is you can edit your own details in My O2. You don't need O2 intervention.
Go into MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
and make the changes today.

I'm aware I can change details but the question is who inputted the wrong details and I'm completely unaware of this until I receive delivery messages which has incorrect information
