Hi.
I cancelled my o2 as of 13/6/24 and have noticed today that a payment of £23 has gone out of my account for virgin media (previous customer until it merged with o2). Looking further into this the £23 payment also went out on 15/7.
can you help me understand why and ideally refund these payments as I have not been with o2 during this time period.

If the Direct Debit has gone out for Virgin Media then you need to speak to them, as all Direct Debits for o2 show as o2 even for customers that moved.. Did you have a device plan or Broadband with Virgin
