Hi, can anyone tell me why O2 took my money as soon as I signed up for pay monthly?
Do I pay a month in advance?
I signed up on 15th Feb 2022 and they took the money strait away (16/02/2022) does this mean they will take next payment on 16th March 2022 or do I need to expect my second bill at the beginning of march?
I hope I haven't payed for a full month of service when I joined mid month
Any help/info would be appreciated, thanks

Payment is not from the 1st of each month, it's from when you joined, give or take a day or so and is paid a month in advance.
Your first bill is always a little higher to cover the day or so before your regular billing cycle, which in your case is the 16th. Payment is due 14 days later.
